Day in the life

What a typical day actually looks like.

We'd rather lose you in the interview than week two. Here's an honest look at the day.

7:20 AM
Arrive at the shop
Clock in and get ready to roll.

7:30 – 8:00 AM
Load up and prepare
Load your truck, review your route, check your performance metrics, and read through your daily dispatch notes before heading out.

On the route
Making stops
Treat properties, document your work, and take care of each customer's lawn like it's your own. Typically 15–25 stops per day depending on services and route.

Midday
Lunch break
30 minutes. Bring your lunch — you'll be out on route.

Afternoon
Finish the list
Work until your route is complete. The more efficient you get, the more that works in your favor.

End of day
Back to the shop
Clean your equipment and unload any leftover material. Then you're done.

We don't use flat hourly pay for this role. Instead, your pay is tied to the work you complete. The more efficient and consistent you get, the more you can earn. What we're looking for

Requirements & the right fit.

Here's what you actually need. Attitude matters more than experience — we can teach the rest.

🚗
Valid driver's license
Required. You'll be driving a company vehicle on route every day.
🛡️
Insurable driving record
No DUI, no suspension, no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
💪
Physically capable
This is outdoor work in all weather. Heat, humidity, on your feet all day. We need people who can handle it and take pride in it.
🧠
Coachable mindset
You don't need to know everything. You need to be willing to learn, take feedback, and keep getting better.
✅
18+ and work-authorized
Must be 18 or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
🌿
License a plus — not required
Indiana RT, 3B, or 7A applicator's license preferred. If you don't have it, we'll sponsor your one-day training within your first 30 days.
