The role

What you'll actually be doing.

This is a lead-rich sales role. We handle marketing and inbound — your job is to convert warm leads into closed accounts. No cold calling neighborhoods, no hunting for prospects from scratch.

Manage your lead list

Work a list of inbound leads who have already expressed interest. Follow up, set appointments, and keep your pipeline moving.

Gather information and recommend

On each call, ask the right questions to understand the homeowner's needs, property size, and current issues. Use that information to recommend the right program — no in-person visits required.

Present and close

Present pricing and close the account on the spot using company scripts and process. We give you the tools — you bring the energy and persistence.

Log everything same-day

Every appointment outcome — won, lost, reason — gets logged in GHL same day. Accuracy here directly feeds your commission tracking and manager reviews.

Train and sharpen

Daily roleplay, weekly 1-on-1s, and ongoing coaching to improve your close rate. We're investing in a real sales development program and expect you to use it.

Inbound customer calls

When a client calls in, you answer. Handle basic requests — updating information, simple questions — on the spot. For anything bigger, collect the details and pass it to the right person. You're the first voice they hear.

This is sales only. No field work, no treating lawns, no driving routes. You are here to close accounts — that's it.

Schedule

When you work matters.
Here's why.

Our schedule is built around when homeowners are actually available — evenings and weekends during peak season. More conversations means more closes and a bigger paycheck for you.

Standard hours · Mon–Fri

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Standard schedule year-round. You'll be working leads, following up, and closing accounts during normal business hours.

Peak season · Mar–Apr & Aug–Nov

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM + Saturdays until noon

During peak season we shift to evening hours — this is intentional. Homeowners are home after work and that's when they answer and buy. Saturday mornings until noon are also required during these periods. This is when earning potential is at its highest.

If a 10–7 schedule doesn't work for your life, this isn't the right fit. But if you can commit to it — you'll be talking to people when they're ready to buy, which is a real advantage.

What you earn

Your close rate.
Your paycheck.

You start with a $36,000 base — a guaranteed floor. On top of that, you earn commission on every account you close, uncapped.

Performance bonuses kick in at milestone sales volumes. Close more, earn more. A realistic low performer lands around $50K total. A high performer clears $100K.

Annual bonuses are paid based on total sales volume at year end. Your effort compounds.

Commission structure

Up to 5% total on all sales made in the year. The more you close, the more every deal is worth retroactively at year end.

Schedule-committed

8AM–5PM standard. During peak season (Mar–Apr & Aug–Nov) hours shift to 10AM–7PM with Saturday mornings until noon. We'll always give you advance notice — this isn't a surprise schedule change.

Sales experience a plus

Prior outside sales, home services, or door-to-door experience is helpful but not required. The right attitude matters more.

No lawn care knowledge needed

We'll teach you everything about our programs and what customers need. Come ready to learn — prior lawn care experience is not required.
