Half customer service, half inside sales — all in our Northwest Indianapolis office. You'll answer the phone, solve problems, and help homeowners find the right lawn care solution.

This role is split between taking care of the customers we already have and helping new customers find the right service. You're the first voice — sometimes the only voice — a homeowner talks to.

You're paid $17.00–$19.00 per hour, weekly. On top of that, performance bonuses are available — including bonuses for 5-star reviews and client and employee referrals.
This isn't a commission-only role. You get a reliable paycheck every week, plus the chance to earn more when you help customers and close sales.
